I also do collaborative work with Jorge Bastos, MBA, Leadership and Executive Coach. As a therapist, I apply effective short-term interventions to extinguish negative emotional states; and as a leadership coach, Jorge has developed unique methodologies to help professionals get what they want without being trapped by their emotions.
